2005 NEKTAR
This dessert style white wine was made solely with estate-grown Viognier
grapes. The fruit was harvested and
frozen until December, and then pressed while frozen
in a process known as cryoextraction. The final product contains 19% residual sugar and exhibits the typical tropical flavors of the Viognier, as well hints of honey, nut, and spice.
