This was the last grape to be harvested. After a 4-day fermentation period, the wine was aged in barrel for 5 months. A small amount of Cab Franc was added to give complexity to the wine. Aromas of red fruit that transfer to the palate. Nicely balanced tannins with a subtle oak nuance.
