Only the best of Keswick’s fruit was used in making this viognier. Crushed and de-stemmed, the wine was allowed skin contact for 24 hours. Typical viognier aromas of rose petal and tropical fruit. Barrel aged for 6 months, the wine has creamy texture. Sweetish entry and  crisp acidity make this an exceptional wine.
