Keswick Vineyards is continually receiving new French and American oak barrels for use with our upcoming vintages. Here is an opportunity to become a partner with us, have some fun, and of course, taste some fantastic wines. The barrel program works this way: You purchase a barrel from us for $1000 (plus tax). We give you a barrel, put an engraved plaque with your name on it in a prominent place in our cellar. You let us keep the barrel to make wine for four years. When we are done, you get to take the barrel home (barrels make fantastic furniture, planters or lawn ornaments). What do you receive for lending us your barrel for four years?

• Free tastings in our tasting room
• 20% off all purchases in the tasting room and gift shop
• Invitation to Wine Club events, such as barrel tastings and blending parties
• The opportunity to taste the wine in your barrel as it develops and matures
• Free admission to sample all our wines pre-bottling at a barrel tasting in Spring 2009
• Free admission to a Barrel Owners only Holiday Open House in late December to taste new wine out of your barrel

And yes, there's more - since we are using your property to make our product, we will pay you rent, in the form of one case of wine a year for the four years your barrel is in wine production, starting in 2009, when the entire 2008 vintage is bottled. That is a case of wine in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 - four cases over four years. You will also have the opportunity to choose whether you would like red or white wine in your barrel.
