Come join us at Keswick Vineyards’ tasting room where our breathtaking views, award winning wines, and friendly staff will make you want to come back time and time again! Nestled between a vast expanse of horse farms and set in front of a backdrop of the peaks of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Keswick Vineyards exemplifies its motto, “Born from the soil and soul of Virginia,” not only for their physical location, but, more importantly, for their welcoming staff and authentic southern hospitality. Our guests are treated as family, inviting you to come in and sit at our bar while our informative staff guides you through a selection of our current wines. We welcome you to stay awhile as we have several locations for you to enjoy a bottle of wine while you look over our vineyard at the Blue Ridge Mountains, have lunch in our picnic areas or spread out on one of our quilts, or play on the lawn with friends and family. Our front porch is well equipped to keep you warm in the chilly months and shaded in the summer months. Not only are we people friendly but animal friendly as well. Bring your four legged friends along with you during our “Yappy Hours” on Sunday’s where you can help support local animal shelters just by enjoying a bottle of Keswick Vineyards wine. Our tasting room is conveniently open from 9am-5pm, 7 days a week (excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day). We look forward to seeing you! Our wine selection does change often which provides you all the more reasons to come back for a visit!
Directions to the Tasting Room:
From Charlottesville:
Take Route 250 east to Shadwell, at Shadwell make a left turn onto route 22 east. At Cismont route 22 will bear to the right, stay straight onto route 231 (Gordonsville Rd.) and we are about 2 miles down on the right.
From Gordonsville: Take route 15 south to the round-about, at the circle take route 231 south and we are about seven miles down on the left.
From Richmond: Take Interstate 64 west toward Charlottesville to exit 129 (Black Cat Rd.). Turn right onto route 616 (Black Cat Rd.) and follow until it ends at route 22. Turn right onto route 22 and stay straight onto route 231 when route 22 bears to the right at Cismont. We are about 2 miles down on the right.
From Washington D.C.:
Take Interstate 66 west to Gainesville exit, travel on route 29 south to Culpeper. Take route 15 south to Gordonsville, at the Gordonsville circle take route 231 south and we are about 7 miles down the road on the left.
