For the first time in 100 years, the 400-acre Edgewood Estate is opening its grounds to the public for special events. Rich in history dating back to the Revolutionary War and Civil War, the land is now home to Keswick Vineyards. Nestled in a valley of rolling farmland and surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains, the pristine grounds lend itself as the perfect backdrop for your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception or corporate event. Conveniently located a short distance from Charlottesville, your guests will have access to numerous hotel options, restaurants and historical locations such as Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello, Ash Lawn-Highland and the University of Virginia.

Edgewood Estate Front Lawn
The lush green lawn in front of Edgewood Estate edges right up to the vineyard and has a commanding view of the mountains. If you’re looking for a natural setting in the heart of Virginia’s wine country for your ceremony, this is it!
East Lawn
A smaller lawn next to the East Wing of Edgewood Estate is perfect for smaller ceremonies or cocktails.
The Pool Area
Imagine floating flowers and candles in our sparkling pool while your guests sip on our award-winning wines during your cocktail hour.
Carriage House Lawn
The Carriage House Lawn is a relaxing area perfect for ceremonies or cocktails. Our gazebo is an ideal shaded area for musicians or can be transformed into a lounge area.
The Reception Tent
Surrounded by blooming flowers and trees, our ivory Sperry Tent transforms your dream event space and makes a visual impact on your guests. Made from beautiful sailcloth and providing an atmosphere of elegance, Sperry Tents are the crème de la crème of tents. Adding to the beauty of the Sperry tent is the comfort and convenience of the artificial turf.
