Tuesday, August 11th: 2018 Estate Reserve Rosé

The wine is 100% clear with no flocculation. The color is salmon or almost coral like. The nose is dominated by red fruits such as red currant, strawberry and raspberry, but there is also some vanilla and coconut that is derived from the ageing in oak.The palate is bright with good acidity, but the wine is plenty of structure and weight without being too cloying or heavy. The flavors are again in the red spectrum but there is some citrus or mineral aspects on the mid to back palate.

Tuesday, August 18th: 2018 V2

This wine is 100% clear with no carbonation as in previous years. The nose is quite expressive with melon, freshly cut grass, bosc pear initially; turning more tropical with warmth and aeration. The palate has a crunchy acidity on the entry, but the influence of Viognier and Vidal means there is good latent length and richness in the mid to back palate. Green apple, red apple skin, cantaloupe turning to slightly pineapple and dried fruits with warmth and aeration.

Tuesday, August 25th: 2018 LVA Viognier

This wine is intensely aromatic displaying floral notes as well as amplified notes of cantaloupe, peach, pineapple. The palate is quite light with good acidity balancing out the slightly viscous mouthfeel. Primary flavors are again dominated by yellow fruits bet secondary flavors include honey and baking spices. The finish is quite long and the touch of sweetness ensures the wine is quite balanced.

Tuesday, September 1st: 2017 Trevillian White

The wine has a beautiful golden yellow color to it and is free of any haze or sediment. The nose is intensely aromatic with primary notes of yellow fruits [dried apricots and pineapples], floral tones and just a touch of baking spices. After some aeration you get a touch of citrus, crushed rocks and flint. The palate is rich and unctuous, but it possesses a vibrant acidity that ensure the wine is not flabby or dull. Some yeast tones from the sur lies ageing and barrel stirring [baked bread, wet dough] but there is a beautiful core of fruit and spice with enough body and tannin resulting in a wine that is quite lengthy.
